This workshop was aimed at empowering students with essential competencies for both personal growth and professional readiness. Identifying the Problem
Many students step into academic and professional environments without adequate training in soft skills such as communication, empathy, or critical thinking. The lack of these life skills often results in challenges with self-expression, collaboration, and handling stressful situations.
