She holds a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Mysore, bringing a deep understanding of mental health and human behavior to her practice.
Like the ocean—vast, deep, and ever-flowing—her therapeutic approach is expansive and adaptive, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rogerian, Gestalt, and Mindfulness techniques to provide personalized, evidence-based interventions.
